From the way we communicate, to the organisational structures we support, and the intention we bring to every interaction, we are called to “be the change” we want to see. In our roles as community members, leaders, employees, parents and students our awareness of our own choice and power is critical.

At this training you will:

  • Learn about the 4 dimensions of NVC’s approach to social change

  • Differentiate between the core human needs you want to serve and the strategies you employ in their service

  • Have plenty of practice in using the process with your own workplace or community situations

  • Build your resilience under pressure

  • In conflicts with others learn how to remain centred and break deadlocks

  • Renew and improve the skills learnt in the Foundation Training

  • Develop strategies to make best use of your time and energy

  • Deepen your connection to the values that motivate your involvement

Preparation: Completion of 2 day NVC Foundation Training

Fees
£150 for individuals (negotiable for those prevented from coming by cost)
